Ethics gets the longest treatment of any topic — nine chapters — because it carries the heaviest exam weight and is where well-prepared candidates most often lose marks. Equity and Economics carry the largest question banks.
1,619 questions, in the exam's own format
Level I is 180 standalone multiple-choice questions with three answer choices — no item sets, no vignettes. Every question here matches that format, and every one explains why the wrong answers are wrong, not just which answer is right. The answer keys are balanced, so you cannot pass by pattern-matching to the longest option or always picking B.
The track finishes with a full 180-question mock exam, sat under real conditions with a timer and a per-topic score breakdown showing exactly where to go back.
Nearly 11 hours of worked cases
63 videos across 10.8 hours walk through the calculations end to end — WACC and leverage, cost of capital, cap rates and levered returns, fee cascades, roll return, duration and convexity, and the rest. These are worked problems, not lecture slides — you watch each calculation set up and carried through to the answer.
Ask questions, and compare notes
Every course has its own discussion board, open to anyone enrolled. Post a question and get an answer from the instructor — instructor replies are highlighted so you can tell them apart from peer answers at a glance — or talk a sticking point through with other candidates sitting the same exam.
It sits inside the course itself, next to the material you are asking about, so you never have to explain which chapter you mean.
